Turnitin is available in several ”Zaken” (Cases) . These have an integrated link with the plagiarism checker:

Decentralized: The plagiarism checker is part of a faculty or program thesis/assessment case.
Centralized: Plagiarism check (standalone) ”Zaak”.

Ask within your program or faculty which Zaak is used and/or recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: documents are saved for three months in the Centralized case, the plagiarism report is available for 24 months.

Settings

In Osiris Zaak, plagiarism detection is carried out automatically. The settings are predefined and applied in the background. You cannot adjust these settings yourself.

The fixed settings are:

• students can submit only once

• quotations and bibliography are included in the similarity report
